For in-store, on-line, telephone, fax and orders placed by mail, we accept:

For mail purchases, we also accept:

We do not accept personal cheques for in-store purchases, and we reserve the right to refuse to accept this form of payment, at our discretion.

Billing Accounts

We will bill some clients for payment later (Terms: Net 30).

For established accounts:

For in-store, telephone, fax, e-mail and orders placed by mail, we accept:

Billing to an already-established Federal Publications account; please provide the account number at the time of ordering.

For new accounts:

For fax, e-mail and orders placed by mail, we will open new accounts in the following circumstances:

for large, well-known corporations
for public institutions such as hospitals, schools, colleges
for government offices
for amounts over $40.00

We reserve the right to refuse to bill clients, at our discretion.

Currency

All prices listed on our website and quoted by us are in Canadian dollars.

If paying by credit card, your credit card company will automatically calculate the amount of your purchase in your own currency (e.g. US Dollars). For example, if the total of your purchase on our website is $50.00, it may appear on your credit card statement as something like $45.00 U.S.

Exchange rates vary. For current exchange rates, see the Bank of Canada's Currency Exchange. Note: The rate charged by your credit card company may be different, and we cannot be responsible for the amount you are charged in your own currency.
